Ground Smoked Bacon

A ground version of our dry-cured, smoked bacon. Cook gently on a medium heat until crispy and use it to top mac’n’cheese, dirty fries, salads and burgers. Use on top of pizzas or add to a chilli, a meat pie or a bolognese for a smoky bacon twist.
