For all you chilli lovers out there! We have put together a collection of all of our smoky chilli products so you can have a taste of everything that we produce that has a bit of a kick!

We only use UK grown chillies in our bacon, jams and salts – grown right here in the UK by expert growers and then lovingly smoked by us! Here we have included our Dry Cure Smoked Chilli & Paprika Bacon (we love this in a Mexican inspired breakfast taco or a burger), two standard size jars of our spiciest Smoked Chilli Jams, our Smoked and Dried Chilli Selection Pouch (use these chillies ground into your own bespoke powder, whole in a dish or one at a time – every pouch contains some super hot chillies like Caroline Reaper, Dorset Naga and Scorpion), a pot of our Smoked Chilli Salt (try this on a steak!) and a pack of our Smoky Chilli Beef Burgers.

(due to the burgers and courier delivery times this box is unfortunately not available to The Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Isle of Wight – if you would prefer to subsitute the burgers for something else please contact us)

** We usually try to put our Smoked Scotch Bonnet & Mango and our Smoked Carolina Reaper flavours into this box for the 128g jars. Important Note

All of our meat is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. We will confirm with you our postal date. If you won’t be in please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it that we can add to the address label for the postie. We don’t post out on Friday’s as we don’t want it to not be delivered over the weekend! When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer
