THE MOST EPIC BBQ box for any aspiring pitmaster. Bring a taste of Wales to your grill and smoker with loads of our own smokery products plus specially selected Welsh guest products. We have tried to include everything we think you would like to fire up a feast.
For the meats you will find a pack of our Smoky Bacon Beef and our Smoky Bacon Chilli burgers. These burgers are both made with 26% of our own dry cured smoked bacon. Plus a pack of our dry cured smoked bacon and a pack of our Ground Smoked Bacon. THIS is a game changer – trust us!!! The ground smoked bacon can be used to top anything from mac n cheese, to pizzas, to burgers, to dirty fries. Plus a pack of our ribs which you can have either plain, or with our in house smoked chilli BBQ glaze!
Also included are two standard size jars of our Smoked Chilli Jams, two jars of our BBQ Rubs, plus our in house smoked sugar. Plus a delicious Welsh Halloumi cheese, BBQ Sauce, Bee & Bonnet Hot Honey (honey infused with scotch bonnet chillies), Moose Maple Butter (welsh butter mixed with maple syrup) and to finish it off a pack of Big K Hickory Smoking Wood Chips
