The Welsh Lamb BBQ Box
We want to sing about Welsh Lamb from the hilltops!!!! So underrated and especially for the BBQ. A free to roam, mainly grass fed and sustainable meat it is a great environmental choice, grown right here in Wales, plus it tastes absolutely delicious! We have included some great cuts that you may be unfamiliar with and have therefore had some recipes written just for you by The Surrey Smoker. Simple Asian Style lamb Ribs with Honey, Ginger & Soy Glaze plus Rolled Lamb Breast with Apricot and Smoked Rosemary Stuffing – both recipes written so you can either BBQ or oven cook. Also included are a pack of our Smoky Bacon Lamb Burgers made with 26% of our dry cured lamb bacon, plus a pack of our Smoked Honey Lamb Bacon.
To bring all these lovely lamb meats together we’ve also included a jar of one of Earth/Tir BBQ Rub, 2 of our standard jar size Smoked Chilli Jams, Smoked Rosemary Salt, and finally a gorgeous Welsh cheese (sheep’s cheese if we can get it for you!)

- 1x pack of 4oz Smoky Bacon Lamb Burgers*
- 1x Lamb breast*
- 1x rack of lamb ribs*
- 2x 128g Smoked Chilli jams
- 1x 85g Earth/Tir BBQ Spice Rub
- 1x 14g Smoked Rosemary Salt
- 1x Welsh (sheep if we can get it!) cheese
