Delivery Information

We're a small, independent team based in the Cambrian Mountains of West Wales, and every order is packed by hand before it leaves the smokery.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. During particularly busy periods, or when we're attending food shows and events, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery

We send orders using Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the size and contents of your order. Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery address.

Chilled Deliveries

All chilled products are carefully packed in insulated temperature-controlled packaging to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Where possible, we avoid dispatching chilled orders immediately before weekends or Bank Holidays to reduce the chance of parcels being held in the courier network. Occasionally this isn't possible, but we'll always choose the most appropriate dispatch day.

Once your order arrives, we recommend unpacking chilled products as soon as possible and placing them in the refrigerator or freezer, as appropriate.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is unexpectedly unavailable, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options. This may include waiting for new stock, choosing an alternative product or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
