Sea/Môr BBQ Spice Rub

Inspired by the ocean and our beautiful Ceredigion coast this spice rub has the flavours of lemon, garlic, herbs and Welsh Laver Seaweed with in house smoked salt. Gorgeous on all seafood and even works well with chicken – try as a dry rub on prawns or your favourite fish. Toss into a rice salad or add to butter and melt over new potatoes.

Found only on the Welsh coast – Welsh Laver Seaweed is handpicked on the Pembrokeshire coast and is then dried and toasted to bring out its unique depth of flavour.
