Our aim is to produce the freshest and tastiest products for you in a sustainable and environment-friendly manner. To do so, we use the following ingredient suppliers who deliver us the best quality products in the quantities we require with minimal food miles.
Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm
Our fabulous suppliers Owen and Michelle at the Pembrokeshire Chilli farm grow our most local chillies which keeps our food miles to an absolute minimum and we get them super fresh as we can collect them directly from the growers!
These guys grew the very first chillies that we used to experiment with smoking. They have a great selection and if you are close you can book for a tour or even pick your own when they are in season!
By choosing different suppliers in different parts of the country they will all have slightly different harvesting times and hopefully, we will have slightly different batch smoking times!
Cigydd Evans Butchers
It was important for us to find a supplier of locally sourced meats for our bacon. We do keep pigs & sheep on our homestead but don’t have enough space to keep quantities for the smokery. Our local butcher’s source all their meat through the small local abattoir and farms.
Native Bee Honey Co
We wanted to source a delicious but strong tasting local Welsh honey for our Smoked Lamb Bacon. We met Robert on a training day and were so impressed with the different flavours he did we put our heads together and came up with the perfect honey!

The Isle of Skye Sea Salt Company is the only commercial sea salt producer in Scotland and the first on the island for 300 years.
