We will endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible after receiving your order. However, all products are subject to availability. Bacon is particularly only available on certain dates. We will make a note of the approximate dates of the next batches of bacon on our website but will confirm this with you once an order is received. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your options and will then either place the item on back order for you, cancel the item or replace it with a similar item agreed with you.
Postage and Packing are £5.00 per order. All of our bacon is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. We will confirm with you our postal date. Please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it that we can add to the address label for the postie. We don’t normally post out by standard post on Friday’s as we don’t want it to not be delivered over the weekend! It is possible to arrange for a guaranteed Saturday Delivery however the charge for this is £15.00. When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer.
It is very important with bacon deliveries that the bacon arrives with you as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail for our postal services which will usually reach you the next day, however, this is not guaranteed. If you live in an area where you know Royal Mail can take a while to reach (eg. Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) or if you would like a guaranteed next day delivery please do get in touch so that we can discuss delivery options with you.
