**DUE TO CHANGES TO OUR COLLECTIONS WE ONLY DISPATCH EVERY WEDNESDAY!** Unfortunately our logistics company have had to make collection cuts to rural areas and we are one of them. Because of fuel prices and how far away from anything we are they have had to limit our collections from them to once a week. So they collect from us every Wednesday and these go out on an overnight service for delivery every Thursday. This means if you place an order on a Wednesday or Thursday you could be waiting a until the following week for it to arrive. We are sorry about this, but it is just one of the changes we have to make to ensure we can still have anything collected from us at all! Smaller, non chilled items may sometimes be dispatched via Royal Mail. All products are subject to availability. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your options and will then either place the item on back order for you, cancel the item or replace it with a similar item agreed with you.

Postage and Packing are £6.00 per order (UK Zone 1), £15.00 (UK Zone 2) or £35.00 per order (International). All of our bacon is dispatched using sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 35 days. Some items like burgers are dispatched frozen. Please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it that we can add to the address label for the delivery driver. When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer.

It is very important with bacon deliveries that the bacon arrives with you as soon as possible. Our logistics are handled by Diamond Logistics and you may well see their details on the address label or any delivery correspondence. However it will usually be DPD or sometimes DHL who actually make the next day delivery for you. If you live in an area where you know DPD can take a while to reach (eg. Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland) please do get in touch so that we can discuss delivery options with you.
