Handcrafted, artisan, smoked bacon. Slowly cured on our homestead by hand using the traditional dry cure method and smoked in small batches to infuse this bacon with the flavour and spice of chilli and paprika.

  • Salt (containing preservative Sodium Nitrite)

All of our bacon is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. We will confirm with you our postal date. If you won’t be in please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it that we can add to the address label for the postie. We don’t post out on Friday’s as we don’t want it to not be delivered over the weekend! When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer
