One of our favourite smoked bacon flavours to add to the perfect burger! Team this spicy bacon up with Smoked Chilli Jam and melted cheese and it will seriously change your BBQ! We also love this bacon in a breakfast wrap with scrambled eggs, tomatoes and a hot sauce!
Handcrafted, artisan, smoked streaky bacon. Slowly cured on our homestead by hand using the traditional dry cure method and smoked in small batches to infuse this bacon with the flavour and spice of chilli and paprika.
