Smoked Rum & Molasses Bacon
Handcrafted, artisan, smoked streaky bacon. Slowly cured on our homestead by hand using the traditional dry cure method and smoked in small batches to infuse this bacon with the rich flavour of dark spiced rum and molasses.
We love this bacon with a creamy spagetti cabonara, or wrapped around chipolatas to make pigs in blankets or to add a little luxury to a burger.
