We love this bacon with a creamy spagetti cabonara, or wrapped around chipolatas to make pigs in blankets or to add a little luxury to a burger.

Smoked Rum & Molasses Bacon

Handcrafted, artisan, smoked streaky bacon. Slowly cured on our homestead by hand using the traditional dry cure method and smoked in small batches to infuse this bacon with the rich flavour of dark spiced rum and molasses.

We love this bacon with a creamy spagetti cabonara, or wrapped around chipolatas to make pigs in blankets or to add a little luxury to a burger.

  • Pork (made with 108g of pork per 100g of finished product)
  • Dark Brown Sugar
  • Dark Spiced Rum
  • Molasses
  • Salt (containing preservative Sodium Nitrite)

All of our bacon is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. We will confirm with you our postal date. If you won’t be in please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it that we can add to the address label for the postie. We don’t post out on Friday’s as we don’t want it to not be delivered over the weekend! When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer
