Handcrafted, artisan, smoked bacon created to celebrate stargazing in the Cambrian Mountains Dark Skies. This bacon is infused with Da Mhile Organic Dark Skies Rum which is distilled just a few miles from the smokery and is then smoked in small batches on our homestead under the Milky Way.

  • Dark Brown Sugar
  • Dark Rum
  • Molasses
  • Salt (containing preservative Sodium Nitrite)

All of our bacon is posted out first class in sustainably sourced, insulated, temperature controlled packaging with a use by date of 7-10 days. We will confirm with you our postal date. If you won’t be in please provide us with a ‘safe place’ to leave it that we can add to the address label for the postie. We don’t post out on Friday’s as we don’t want it to not be delivered over the weekend! When you receive your bacon please remove it from the WoolCool outer packaging and place it into your fridge or freezer
